Strategy is the application of resources to attain a goal. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the world for letting me be a part of it. I am so happy to be alive. This is such a fascinating and fragile planet. We need to treat it right. The chemistry and geophysics of earth are unique; conditions are just right for life. Thank you for capillary action!
Ninety-nine percent of the species that have existed are extinct. The dead are many while the living are few. Just the fact that this planet harbors life is a miracle. Have a conversation with a duck. Language is the basis for civilization.
What kind of sentient being are you?
People depend on you and you need to be there for them. Learn to be in the service of others. It’s not about you; it’s about making their lives better. When angry take no action. Don’t lose control. React with your brain and not your emotions. We need more effective leaders in this world. A leader needs the ability to take charge. Always lead by example. Communication is key.
Consider the three levels of operations: strategic level, operational level and tactical level. In war speed kills: one can achieve overwhelming force by substituting velocity for mass. Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Power of music
Don’t mess your brain chemistry. You don’t need antidepressants or opioids. Too many people die from drugs. You have music.
What do I do when I get bored, feel blue, am in a bad mood or in need of some inspiration? I play a couple of songs that I love. Music is one of the sweetest treats. It puts you in a great mood. It works. Try it!
Sometimes I’ll listen to music and a book at the same time. That’s one way to train your brain.
Importance of chess
Chess is exercise for your brain. There are many valuable life lessons to be learned from the game of chess. It’s a form of art among many: art of numbers, art of war, art of people, art of math. Sometimes you have to be ruthless.
Always take an opportunity when one presents itself; you may not get a second chance. Think one step ahead of your opponent. Pay close attention to detail at all times. Never underestimate the power of combinations.
Be creative. Stay focused on your goals and don’t get distracted. Be a problem solver. Formulate a plan and adjust plan as needed if circumstances change. Sometimes a sacrifice is necessary.
Take your time. Be patient and the outcome will be in your favor. Always stay determined and be faithful to your moral virtues. Do not give up until your heart stops beating.
Develop pattern recognition. Learn to foresee and prevent problems. If you want to succeed you need to recognize the patterns of success. Triple check all your calculations before you execute. Timing is everything.
Movement is life
I feel great and love my life. I’ve received some exceptional advice via audio book on staying fit, jovial, and healthy. Good health comes from good blood. It is necessary to get your heart pumping and get the blood flowing through your body at a higher rate than usual. This gives your body the opportunity to flush out waste products and enhance your nutrient delivery.
Once a day get some exercise. When in doubt do push-ups, sit-ups and run around the block. Stand up at least once an hour. It takes about an hour for blood to start pooling in your feet when you sit down. Eating correctly is equally important for good health.
I adhere to the paleolithic diet. This includes: meat, grains, fruit, nuts, vegetables and water.
Not included: high fructose corn syrup, salt, sugar, processed/frozen foods and energy drinks.
