Strategy is the application of resources to attain a goal. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in the world for letting me be a part of it. I am so happy to be alive. What kind of sentient being are you?
People depend on you and you need to be there for them. Learn to be in the service of others. It’s not about you; it’s about making their lives better. When angry take no action. Don’t lose control. React with your brain and not your emotions.
Always lead by example. Communication is key.
Consider the three levels of operations: strategic level, operational level and tactical level. In war speed kills: one can achieve overwhelming force by substituting velocity for mass. There is nothing you cannot do.
Power of music
Don’t mess your brain chemistry. You don’t need antidepressants or opioids. Too many people die from drugs. You have sweet sweet music!!
What do I do when I get bored, start to feel blue or get pissed? I play a couple of songs that I love. It puts you in a great mood. It works. Try it!
Sometimes I’ll listen to music and a book at the same time. No joke.
Importance of chess
The game of chess is exercise for your brain. Likewise there are many valuable lessons learned from chess. It’s a form of art.
Always take an opportunity when presented; you may not get a second chance. Think at least one step ahead of your opponent. Pay close attention to detail to what is safe. Never underestimate the power of combinations.
Stay focused on your goals and don’t get distracted. Be a problem solver. Formulate a plan and adjust plan as needed. Sometimes sacrifice is necessary.
Take your time, be patient and the outcome will be in your favor. Stay determined, have faith and dont give up.
Develop pattern recognition. Learn to foresee and prevent issues. If you want to succeed you need to recognize the patterns of success. Triple check your work. Timing is everything.
Movement is life
I feel great and love life. I’ve received some exceptional advice on staying fit, healthy and happy. Good health comes from good blood. It’s important to get your heart pumping. This gives your body the opportunity to build endurance, flush waste out and enhance your oxygen delivery.
Get a half hour of exercise every day. Stand up at least once an hour. It takes an hour for blood to start pooling in your feet when you sit down.
Eating correctly is important. I adhere to the paleolithic diet. This includes: meat, grains, fruit, nuts, vegetables and water.
